The editorial services order serves as an assignment for ordering text writing, translation, and text proofreading.

The order will only be visible to editors to whom you offer the job.

Filling out the Editorial Services Order Form

You can purchase order completion from unlimited editors, so it's good to write the order universally and write changes or individual additions for each editor in the order chat.

Filtering the editor catalog

Filters are located in the horizontal bar above the editors table (not in the left menu). The left menu is reserved for navigating between administration sections.

The filter bar offers:

The "Target language" field is only shown when you have Translation selected as the service type. For article writing and proofreading it is neither shown nor applied.

Above the results table, active filters are shown as "chips". Click the X on a single chip to remove only that filter without clearing the rest. The Clear filters button on the right side of the filter bar removes all of them at once.

When you filter the catalog with a selected order, your language selection is automatically saved to the order and used as preselection next time.

Modifying the Editorial Services Order

You can only modify the editorial services order until you make your first editorial service order for the order. After that, editing of the editorial services order is disabled to prevent changing instructions while editors are working.

After disabling order modification, you can add "additional instructions".

Editorial Services Order Archive

The order archive is used to archive inactive orders. The system automatically moves orders to the archive after six months of inactivity.

You can send an order to the archive by clicking the blue round button with a trash can icon. You can activate an editorial services order from the archive by clicking the green round button with a winged trash can icon.
