Ordering on PR Yard works just like an e-shop. You pick websites or a copywriter, add them to the cart, fill in the brief and pay at the checkout. The order is created by payment, so you do not need any credit up front.

1. Choosing websites and services for the cart

In the left-hand menu, open the “Catalog of websites” (backlinks and PR articles) or the “Catalog of services” (copywriting, translations, proofreading). On the website you have chosen, click the price button on the right and then “Add to cart”. Already in the purchase window you can choose who will write the text and any additional publisher services. For a service, you enter the number of standard pages and add it to the cart in the same way.

Above the catalog you can see the cart bar with the number of items and the price excluding VAT. You can put any number of websites and services into the cart, and one checkout then creates one order with all the items.

A selection made in the public catalog without registration is transferred straight into your cart after you register, so you do not have to pick anything again.

2. The cart and the order brief

Open the cart page from the left-hand menu or with the “Open cart” button above the catalog. At the top there is the “Order brief” block, which applies to all items in the cart:

The brief is saved automatically when you leave a field. For each item in the table below the brief you choose the text: own text (you insert it in the deal detail once the order is accepted), written by the publisher (the price is shown next to the option), or written by a copywriter with the number of standard pages. At the bottom you can see the total excluding VAT. The “Add websites or a copywriter” button takes you back to the catalog, “Continue to payment” leads to the checkout.

3. Checkout

The checkout has three parts. The billing details are pre-filled from your account settings; Czech companies load their details from ARES after entering the company ID, the VAT number is verified in VIES, and VAT is set according to the country and VAT registration (Czechia 21 %, VAT payers in another EU country reverse charge, outside the EU without VAT). You can tick a box to save the changed details to your account.

Payment has three options: from the wallet if the balance covers the whole order, by card online through the payment gateway, or by bank transfer based on a proforma invoice. When the wallet balance is not enough, the balance is used and you pay the rest by card or by transfer. The summary shows the price excluding VAT, the VAT and the amount due rounded to whole crowns (to tenths for euros).

The “Order” button submits the order. Payment from the wallet creates the order immediately, a card payment redirects you to the gateway and after you return the confirmation refreshes itself, and with a transfer you receive the payment details and the proforma invoice as a PDF and by e-mail.

4. After payment

Once the payment is credited, the order is created and every publisher or copywriter receives their part as an offer, which they have 3 days to accept. The order confirmation arrives by e-mail. You will find the order in the left-hand menu in the “Orders” section, and the number next to the name tells you how many deals are in progress. Completed orders move automatically to the “Order archive”.

Until publication, the payment is only held. If the publisher does not accept the order or the article is not published, the amount is returned to your wallet and you can use it on another website or have it sent to your bank account. The course of individual deals is described in the guide Backlinks: how an order progresses, and working with the wallet in the guide Wallet: payments, top-ups and refunds.

A transfer that has not arrived yet

An order paid by transfer waits for the payment to be credited, usually 1 to 2 working days. Until then the cart is locked, and you will find the payment details in the cart under “Show payment details”, where you can also switch to paying by card. Do you need to change the cart? The “Edit cart” button cancels the proforma invoice and unlocks the cart. An unpaid proforma invoice expires after 7 days, your selection stays in the cart and you can order again.

What cannot be changed after payment

You can no longer edit the brief of a paid order, so that it does not change under the publishers' hands. Send any additions or clarifications to the publisher or copywriter as a message in the deal detail; we notify them by e-mail about every message.

Sponsored articles

A sponsored article is a text written for the readers of a particular website, in which your brand or product appears in context, with a link to your website. Readers take it as a regular article because it gives them something, and that is why search engines and AI assistants read it too.

In the PR Yard catalog you see the topic, traffic and publication price upfront for every website and pay only for published articles. You order articles in English, German, Polish, Czech, Spanish and other languages, from one account.

Visibility in search engines and AI

Search engines and AI assistants build their answers from what trusted websites have written about a field. An article on an industry website is such a source: for search engines it brings a link, for AI the context in which your company is written about.

Nobody can honestly guarantee that a specific model will name you. Articles on the websites AI draws from raise the chance. How it works and what to do about it: visibility in search engines and AI.

Backlinks and link building

Backlinks remain one of the most important ranking factors in search engines. A link from editorial text on a quality website passes authority to your website. What matters is the quality and topical closeness of the linking website, not the number of links.

Buying backlinks in the catalog comes without a subscription: websites sorted by domain strength (DR), traffic and price, and you pay only for published articles. The basis of link building for agencies and companies.
