To accept orders, translators must first add their service offer to the system. A copywriter can add the services “writing, proofreading and translation”. Each service is added to the system separately.
Service check
All new services must be checked by the administrators. Administrators check for moral and legal requirements. Information about the result of the first check and the approval or disapproval of the service in the system will be emailed to the writer.
The administrators run ongoing checks of services enabled in the system. Copywriters are emailed about the removal of a service and the reason for removal. A deactivated service can be reinstated in the system after the administrators have checked it for compliance. Requests for re-inclusion are submitted to internal support in the administration.
Filling in the form to add a service
Below, you will find a description of each form field, accompanied by recommendations on how to fill them in correctly. Correctly completing the space addition form will speed up service approval by the administrator.
- Service offered – select whether you want to offer writing, translation or proofreading services. Also select the corresponding service for translations, choose the languages “from” and “to”.
- Experience – write what experience you have of the service offered. This text is seen by customers and is the most important criterion they use when choosing who to commission.
- Include in public catalogue – allows your service to be displayed in the system to customers in the catalogue. Disabling it will leave your service hidden in the catalogue and only visible to customers to whom you offer to respond to their enquiry. In the internal service catalogue, customers can make direct offers of business to copywriters. Just accept an offer and you can immediately work on it according to the assignment. This option allows you to get orders without having to offer yourself to customers for their enquiries.
- Price per standard page – enter the price you want per standard page. The system automatically calculates the price of the order according to the length of the text (number of standard pages).
If you are unsure of anything when entering your service into the system, please use our authorised support in the administration menu or the chat window if the administrator is present online.
Modifying a service
The list of services enabled in the system is displayed on the main administration page and in the left menu. Click on the page title to open the service detail. A blue pencil circle appears in the top right of the detail to open the service edit form.
Suspension of service (holiday)
The service may be temporarily suspended in the system. This allows you to temporarily stop receiving orders during a period of illness or if you are on holiday. On the main administration page or in the service details, a green circle with an arrow (play) appears on the top right hand side to indicate that the service is enabled in the system. Clicking on it changes it to an orange circle with two commas (stop), which shows that the service is unavailable in the system.
Temporarily disabled services are shown crossed out in the left menu. You can turn the service on and off at will in the system.
Deleting a service
A service can be permanently deleted from your account. There is a red circle with a cross in the account details on the top right. If you click on the circle, the system will ask you if you really want to remove the service from your account and then remove it. The checkout records for this service will continue to be displayed.

Backlinks
Backlinks are one of the most important factors in SEO. These are links from other websites to your website, which search engines consider as an indicator of trustworthiness. Quality backlinks from relevant websites can significantly improve your website's search engine rankings.
There are several ways to get backlinks: - Creating quality content that others want to share - Guest posting on relevant websites - PR articles and advertorials
The quality of linking websites is key, not their quantity.
PR Articles (Advertorials)
PR articles are editorial content written in advertising form. Readers perceive it as a regular article, not as advertising, because it provides useful information. A PR article (or advertorial) falls under native advertising - it naturally fits into the website's content.
In the Czech environment, the term "PR article" is used, while abroad "advertorial" is more common (a compound of "advertisement" and "editorial"). In the PR Yard catalog, you can order PR articles in Czech, Slovak, Polish, German, and English.
Linkbuilding Through Paid Articles
Paid articles are an effective method of linkbuilding - building backlinks. Search engines evaluate the popularity of pages based on how many and how quality links point to them.
Each page has its own authority (ranking), which affects the weight of its links. In the PR Yard catalog, you'll find websites sorted by the Ahrefs Domain Rating (DR) metric, which measures domain strength. The higher the DR, the more valuable the links from that website are.
