After ordering backlinks, a list of backlink orders appears on the administration main page. The backlink order also appears in the details of your order, which you can access through its name in the left menu.
In the order lists, you can mark and highlight each backlink order with a yellow star. Clicking on the backlink order status takes you to the backlink order details.
Backlink Order Process
- Backlink order confirmation
- Article draft delivery
- Publication verification
1. Backlink Order Confirmation
The publisher must confirm your backlink order within 3 days. If they don't confirm it, the backlink order is canceled.
2. Article Draft Delivery
In the backlink order, you can optionally select "writing by page author" or "writing by PR Yard editorial team". If you don't select either option, the system will prompt you to insert the article content into a designated form. If you select writing by page author or PR Yard editorial team, you'll receive a draft article for review within 5 days. You'll be notified by email when the draft is delivered. The PR Yard editorial team delivers articles within 3 days 90% of the time.
You can write comments to the author or editor about the delivered text for revision using the window below the article draft.
If the article draft isn't approved or commented on within 3 days of the last communication, an assigned reviewer will check the delivered draft. When the published article matches the assignment, the reviewer will approve it for publication. If it doesn't match, the reviewer will file a complaint with the author/editor on behalf of the advertiser. If the author ignores requests to revise the article draft, the reviewer may cancel the order after consulting with the advertiser.
3. Publication Verification
After the article draft is approved, the publisher must publish the article within 5 days. If it's not possible to publish the article within this timeframe, for example due to a full publication schedule, the publisher will enter the expected publication date into the system.
The published article is first checked by PR Yard reviewers for content consistency with the approved article draft and for any other issues (ad overlay). Then the publication is approved and the advertiser is notified by email with a link to the article.
If the advertiser needs changes (company address change, article withdrawal) in the article after publication approval, they can simply write to internal support (left menu bottom) and our reviewers will handle everything with the editorial team.
After approval, each article undergoes weekly monitoring, and any changes or article removal are handled automatically with the editorial team. Advertisers can see ongoing monitoring results in the left menu under "My Articles".
Backlink Order Expiration
The backlink order overview also shows the order expiration date. The expiration date and time is informative data that determines when the next action should occur with the order. Sometimes expiration leads to order termination (offer acceptance, draft delivery, article publication) to avoid unnecessarily blocking advertiser resources on an order that "won't work out". Sometimes expiration leads to reviewer activity, who communicates by phone or email with the advertiser, publisher, or editor to understand the problem and arrange its correction (draft not reviewed, no response to comments). The reviewer's primary goal is to successfully complete the order.
Step Timing
- Publisher approval of offer or counter-offer - 3 days.
- Article draft delivery - 5 days.
- Response to article draft or counterparty comment - 3 days. Expiration is always set to the last comment.
- Article publication - 5 days or set publication date.
Backlink Order Details
Messages from the editor or publisher may appear at the top of the page. Clicking the "Ok" button confirms you've read the message and hides it. The message remains recorded in the order history (timeline) at the bottom of the page.
The first block contains technical information about the page including its description.
The second block contains a form for submitting or approving the article draft. If you're waiting for writing from the author or editorial team, this block may temporarily not be displayed.
The third block contains a form for sending messages to the editor or publisher. Communication forms are dynamically displayed based on the order's current status.
The fourth block contains the order history in timeline form. Important milestones and communication with the editor or publisher are recorded here.
Backlink Order Supervision
All backlink orders are continuously monitored by designated reviewers who actively intervene in case of uncertainties or problems. Completed orders are also automatically monitored approximately once a week after completion. In case of problems, reviewers actively address them again.

Backlinks
Backlinks are one of the most important factors in SEO. These are links from other websites to your website, which search engines consider as an indicator of trustworthiness. Quality backlinks from relevant websites can significantly improve your website's search engine rankings.
There are several ways to get backlinks: - Creating quality content that others want to share - Guest posting on relevant websites - PR articles and advertorials
The quality of linking websites is key, not their quantity.
PR Articles (Advertorials)
PR articles are editorial content written in advertising form. Readers perceive it as a regular article, not as advertising, because it provides useful information. A PR article (or advertorial) falls under native advertising - it naturally fits into the website's content.
In the Czech environment, the term "PR article" is used, while abroad "advertorial" is more common (a compound of "advertisement" and "editorial"). In the PR Yard catalog, you can order PR articles in Czech, Slovak, Polish, German, and English.
Linkbuilding Through Paid Articles
Paid articles are an effective method of linkbuilding - building backlinks. Search engines evaluate the popularity of pages based on how many and how quality links point to them.
Each page has its own authority (ranking), which affects the weight of its links. In the PR Yard catalog, you'll find websites sorted by the Ahrefs Domain Rating (DR) metric, which measures domain strength. The higher the DR, the more valuable the links from that website are.
