You can find a link to the site catalogue in the left menu. You can go back to administration from the site catalogue by clicking on the logo or the “Overview” button in the top left.

To order from the catalogue, you must first have a request selected. If you are in the catalogue without a selected request, the orange prompt “Select a request” will be displayed above the catalogue. You can also click through to the catalogue directly from the request. Selecting a request in the site catalogue will automatically pre-populate the catalogue settings based on your request.

Filtering – left menu

In the left menu, you can filter entries in the catalogue by Location (website, social media), category and language. If you have a preselected request in the catalogue, the filtering will be set on the basis of your request.

In the upper part of the filter, you also have a special filter offering “Only offers, favourites, purchased”.

Favourites – you can give a star (favourite) to each page in the catalogue and then quickly filter your favourite pages.

Purchased – displays pages where you have purchased an article in other requests.

Columns and Sorting

The columns in the catalogue are dynamically displayed according to the types of media selected. Other columns are for websites, and others for social accounts. You can sort records by values by clicking the arrow in the column name.

Bubble hints

Hovering over the grey question mark next to the page title will display the page description and technical requirements or publisher restrictions.

Hovering your mouse over the red price on the site will show you all the prices on the site, including surcharges.

In some catalogue columns, more detailed/additional data can be shown in a pop-up bubble after hovering the mouse over a value in the column.

Ordering the publication of an article

On the page you have chosen in the catalogue, click on the red button with the price on the right, which will open a pop-up shopping window.

The publication of the article is always preselected. You can choose whether the article should be written by the author of the page or by the PR Yard editors. If you do not choose one of the two options for writing an article, the system will later prompt you to deliver a written article (draft).

In the menu, you can see up to 3 other optional services offered for the article (newsletter, promotion, social media).

By ticking individual options, the total price is displayed in the “Price” box. You can adjust (reduce) this price by up to 50%, the system will not let you go any further. The reduced price must then be confirmed by the publisher (a delay in publication for up to 3 days).

TIP: Publishers overwhelmingly reject requests for a price reduction of less than 20%.

Click the “Buy” button to confirm your choice and the article is ordered.

The publisher will accept your order within 3 days or the order will be cancelled. If you have chosen to have the article written by the author or the PR Yard editors, you will receive a draft of the article for review within 5 days. Otherwise, the system will prompt you to insert the article you wrote into the system in the specified form.

Overview of orders

On the main page of the administration, you can see an overview of orders currently being processed. You can see an overview of all orders in the request details. The number of successfully completed orders (published articles) is displayed in the left menu next to the name of your request.

Backlinks

Backlinks are one of the most important factors in SEO. These are links from other websites to your website, which search engines consider as an indicator of trustworthiness. Quality backlinks from relevant websites can significantly improve your website's search engine rankings.

There are several ways to get backlinks: - Creating quality content that others want to share - Guest posting on relevant websites - PR articles and advertorials

The quality of linking websites is key, not their quantity.

PR Articles (Advertorials)

PR articles are editorial content written in advertising form. Readers perceive it as a regular article, not as advertising, because it provides useful information. A PR article (or advertorial) falls under native advertising - it naturally fits into the website's content.

In the Czech environment, the term "PR article" is used, while abroad "advertorial" is more common (a compound of "advertisement" and "editorial"). In the PR Yard catalog, you can order PR articles in Czech, Slovak, Polish, German, and English.

Linkbuilding Through Paid Articles

Paid articles are an effective method of linkbuilding - building backlinks. Search engines evaluate the popularity of pages based on how many and how quality links point to them.

Each page has its own authority (ranking), which affects the weight of its links. In the PR Yard catalog, you'll find websites sorted by the Ahrefs Domain Rating (DR) metric, which measures domain strength. The higher the DR, the more valuable the links from that website are.
